Here is a whole lotta oysters, twenty-two to be exact!!!  Randomly scattered across the paper and waiting to be shucked.

These deep green gems are Empress Oysters raised and harvested off the coast of Freeport, Maine just a stone's throw from Maine's iconic L.L. Bean.

Empress Oysters are as visually stunning as they are tasty.  This display of oysters is printed on handmade mulberry-based rice paper with oil-based ink and finished with lightfast pigments. Wet mounted for rigidity and archival stability.
